What is SANS and how does it work?
Fruits and vegetables are prone to oxidation when exposed to air and tend to lose nutrients, flavor and go bad quickly. To tackle this problem, the SANS Bottle was created. Its innovative vacuum pump mechanism helps preserve the contents of the bottle by removing the air and creating a vacuum within the bottle. This slows down the oxidation process, allowing you to enjoy your favorite beverage on your time, without having to rush to finish it before it goes bad.

How many times do I have to pump the preserver lid?
If you fill your SANS bottle to the max fill line, it will require approximately 5-7 pumps to remove the air. If the contents of the bottle are lower than the max file line, it will require more pumps. A good rule of thumb to follow - stop once it gets difficult to pump. The preserver lid automatically gets harder to pump once all the air has been successfully eliminated from the bottle.
How long does it keep your juice or smoothie fresh?
This depends on the types of ingredients used, the blending or juicing process and the temperature at which your beverage is stored. With that being said, your beverage will remain fresh anywhere from 2-7 days once stored in the SANS Bottle.
Will it keep my juice or smoothie cold?
While the silicone sleeve on the SANS bottle will keep your bottle insulted, the main function of our products is to keep them fresher, longer (not colder, longer). We recommend storing your beverage in the refrigerator when not in use.

What material are SANS products made of? Are they BPA-free?
SANS Bottle and SANS XL Carafe are made of glass, whereas the SANS Lite is made of triton plastic. Yes, all SANS products are completely BPA-free.
Is the SANS Bottle refrigerator safe?
Yes, we recommend storing your SANS products in the refrigerator when filled with your favorite beverage or foods.

What are the shipping charges outside of the United States?
- We charge a flat rate of $15 for orders under $50

What is the lead-time for orders within the United States?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase. If you would like to return your product for a refund, please email a request with your order number in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for used products.
